GET THIS , IM THE BUYER AND I BOUGHT A PAIR OF MOTORCYCLE TROUSERS, I PAID WITHIN 2 DAYS, I GET THE TROUSERS AND THEY ARE NOT THE RIGHT SIZE STATED, I CONTACT THE SELLER AND SAY NOT TO WORRY I WONT RETURN THEM TO YOU ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CONTACT THE OTHER BIDDER AND I WILL OFFER THEM TO HIM.
PS I HAVE GIVEN YOU POSITIVE FEEDBACK ANYWAY.
1 WEEK LATER NO REPLY FROM THE SELLER SO I SEND A NEGATIVE E MAIL SAYING HOW RUDE SHE IS FOR NOT CONTACTING ME, HER REPLY IS TO GIVE ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THE FIRST I HAVE EVER HAD IN 156 TRANSACTIONS, HER GRIPE IS NOTHING OTHER THAN ME BEING RUDE TO HER.
VERY UNFAIR WONT YOU AGREE, I CONTACT E BAY THEY SAY WELL SORT IT OUT BETWEEN YOU AS ITS NOT REALLY THERE PROBLEM WRONG I THINK E BAY HAS TO START TAKING THINGS LIKE THIS SERIOUSELY AND THEY SHOULD REMOVE FEEDBACK LIKE THIS AS ITS NO MORE THAN BULLYING IE DO AS I WANT OR YOU GET NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.
